b. Reliability

- Billing format and specifics
- Usual destinations (?)
A Shipper company can hire a Carrier, which is responsible for delivery.
The Carrier company can hire a Driver, who might have a Truck, or can rent a Truck from the Carrier company.
The Shipper and Carrier could be the same company, although they perform different functions/transactions, while playing these different roles.
