Customer input is one-two sentences describing interest in the field.
Needed tool is text analysis tool that extracts from the input the concepts existing in owl.
The tool must use a bigger owl like Dublin or WordNet to identify the concepts.
Based on extraction, the program will ask more questions to check if any related concepts (from initial owl) are also in the desired scope.
The tool must be integrated with BASE, not cloud apps.
